PET in a consortium with URS & David Power has been awarded the contract for Stage A which involves the design and construction an odour treatment plant for Sydney Water at Warriewood Sewerage Treatment Plant.

The project involves containing and treating odorous air from the preliminary treatment, primary treatment and clarifier outlet areas, bypass channels, screening, Biosolids dewatering and loading buildings and the retention basin. This will involve the provision of low level covers, foul air collection and transfer systems, odour treatment units and a vent stack. The odour treatment plant is being designed for the inclusion of future expansion of the plants odour treatment requirements.
